This small charming hotel in the hinterland of Nice is a wonderful place, which gives true joy with light and bright colors, exceptional decoration and an excellent price­ performance ratio. It’s more cute than luxurious, but trumps with a prime location below the famous Mont Baou and the village of St. Jeannet. the proximity to the city and the sea is­ ideal to explore the stunning hills by bicycle or on foot, to graze in picturesque streets and to soak up the charm of romantic villages such as Vence, St Paul, Haut de Cagnes, to enjoy art or to relax and unwind on one of the endless pebble beaches.

The house is surrounded by a small olive grove and lovingly designed garden, which offers much space to relax with a drink from the bar, a book from the library or in a hammock at the poosidel. The rooms are up to date (but without ” modernist ” moods). Size and decoration vary, all rooms include a three stars hotel facility with plenty of warmth and personality. They are a tribute to some of the great Expressionist, who delighted this area and thereby impart a special charm. However, in order to avoid false expectations: If you are expecting great luxury in our house you certainly are wrong; but if you belong to people who value a personal service, loving and stylish atmosphere, a central location in the hills of the PACA (Provence Alpes Cotes d’Azur) and honest prices sets, you will certainly be happy at Hôtel Mon Soleil.
